Low occupancy discounts apply for 2 - 4 guests.

Sleeps:	2 to 6 persons (+ cot) in three bedrooms
Weekly Rate:	Approx £1100 (Nov/Jan) to £1995 (Jul/Aug)
Just for two?:	Discounted rate when we can
Short breaks:	Oct to March, 3 night minimum
Weekly rentals preferred:	April to Oct, Fri to Fri

White bed linen plus bath sheets, hand & kitchen towels

All three bedrooms have hairdryers and Samsung tv's

Wireless internet, password on arrival

Wine, chocolates to welcome you

Basket of logs (normally October to March)

Two private parking spaces just outside

Christmas & New Year bookings include festive hamper and decorations

Beach towels are not included, please do bring your own

Smoking is not permitted inside the house

Sorry, we love pets but we do not accept them in the house

Please supply own linen/bedding for travel cot

Sunny and sheltered garden is adjacent to the house

Due to some levels in the house it may be unsuitable for those less mobile (just ask for details)
