Availability & Booking

Sleeps:	2 to 6 persons (+ cot) in three bedrooms
Weekly Rate:	From approx £1150 (Nov/Jan) to £2250 (Jul/Aug)
Just for two?:	Discounted rate when we can please email for rate
Short breaks:	3 nights, Fri to Monday 2 nights, from Friday with late Sunday checkout
Weekly rentals preferred:	Friday to Friday April to October and school holiday weeks

White bed linen, bath sheets, hand & kitchen towels

All three bedrooms have hairdryers and Samsung tv's

Free wifi, password on arrival

Wine, chocolates to welcome you

Basket of logs (normally October to March)

Two private parking spaces just outside

Christmas & New Year bookings include festive hamper and decorations

Beach towels are not included, please do bring your own

Smoking is not permitted inside the house

Sorry, we love pets but we do not accept them in the house

Please supply own linen/bedding for travel cot

Sunny and sheltered garden is adjacent to the house

Due to some levels in the house it may be unsuitable for those less mobile (just ask for details)
